FAQ

As with any technical subject there is a lot of jargon.  There are many parts to an LPG conversion, many companies which claim to have the best in terms of economy, green fuel helping the environment and the many technical aspects to a conversion.  To help you, our operations manager, Paul Quickenden is here to explain all aspects of an LPG conversion.

Safety features in our LPG conversions.

There are a number of safety valves and solenoids within the LPG tank and conversion system, including a pressure relief valve (PRV) and excess flow valve.

In the event of a fire, the PRV will allow safe venting of excess pressure to atmosphere.

If the LPG supply line were severed in an accident, the excess flow valve would activate, cutting off the fuel supply from the LPG tank.  The LPG systems are just as safe as a diesel or petrol system because of these systems, as test show.

Save up to 40% on fuel costs

Rising tax on Petrol and a low tax on LPG means that LPG conversion is an economical choice for all motorists. With an overall lower cost for the fuel and an exemption to congestion charges, this all means handfuls of cash to spend on something more interesting.
